Red Alert : Iran Dirty War had Started ,2 Tons of Raw Heroin had been captured by Egyptian forces in Red Sea

Last week Egyptian Navy in co-operation with the Office of Drug Control has arrested a boat raising Iranian Flag & all crew members were Iranian nationals carrying 2 tons of Raw Heroin plus 99 kg of ICE drugs.

That shipment of heroin if mixed it will be enough to prepare around 160 million doses

Iranian crew captured by Egyptian navy

I think it’s the new level of Iranian state terrorism, due to USA’s sanctions, Iran had started its new strategy by Dumping Arab countries and Europe with a large quantity of drugs. To reach the greatest destruction of minds. I think it is necessary for Europe, especially the Mediterranean-sea countries, to pay attention, be alerted to such a new strategy initiated by Iran. It is so clear whom financing drug deals. They are also financing terrorism to destroy nations and exhaust the world's economies.

Iran has turned into global smuggling center

As per Wikileaks document  published  on 12 June 2009 a secret messages issued by the US Embassy in Baku indicating that the quantities of heroin originating from Iran and exported to Azerbaijan increased from 20,000 kg in 2006 to 59,000 in the first quarter of 2009 The cable, based on confidential reports by the UN investigators charged with the file, confirmed that Azerbaijan was one of the main routes of exporting heroin to Europe and the West.

According to the American diplomats, 95% of the heroin in Azerbaijan comes from Iran, while the same quantity is exported from Azerbaijan to the European market, and Iran considered one of the largest producers of heroin in the world. .

Iran is using its influence in Iraq,in order to export drugs to neighboring countries, especially the Gulf states, the rest of the world and Europe, and with the help of Iranian Revolutionary Guard officers.

As a  smuggling center in the world linking the production farms in Afghanistan and the consumer markets in other countries, exploiting neighboring countries in the smuggling operations, especially Azerbaijan, Iraq and the Gulf States.

Years ago, news reports revealed the discovery of smuggling operations by the Iranian Revolutionary Guards using Najaf airport to transport drugs from Iran & Iraq, and then smuggled to the Gulf countries, especially Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, and for the purpose of funding some of its intelligence and espionage activities, That the civil aircraft of the Revolutionary Guards are not inspected by airport security officials, so facilitate smuggling operations to the Gulf States through this port and through other ports.

In a statement by former governor of Diyala-Iraq”  Omar al-Humeiri “ , confirmed that 90% of the drugs smuggled into Iraq originated from Iran, pointing out that the common border between Iraq and Iran are active by professional smuggling operations of various types of drugs, stressing the involvement of some Iranian officials in smuggling operations to sink Iraq and the Gulf States with drugs and addicts.

Iran is one of the main corridors of Drugs movement to the rest of the world, as it is the neighbor of Afghanistan the largest country for the cultivation of drugs and production in the world, while Iran leads the smuggling process also benefiting from its strategic location in the middle of the world; to activate smuggling between international gangs in drug trade.

In Conclusion:

Iran evil strategy might take its continuous fight with Gulf states , USA & Europe to another level of  increasing exporting drugs as a way to cover up & finance its terroristic activities , also for sure will use its spots of allies like Yemen , turkey , Qatar  and Lebanon to facilities that kinds of dirty wars .

West of Libya Government & Its International Recognition!!!!!!

On which bases or laws UN AND Western governments are giving the  { National Accord Government {GNA}  . its international recognition!!!!!!

The west of the country, which is run by the presidential council { National Accord Government {GNA} headed by Fayez al-Sarraj, a government that has not won the confidence of parliament, beside  The Supreme Council  which serves as an advisory board, is more closely related to a parliamentary council. It is headed by Khaled al-Mashri, one of the Libyan Muslim Brotherhood leaders??!!

The { National Accord Government {GNA}  relies on a militia group for protection and security. These militias carry out a number of activities, similar to the role of the security forces under the name of { Libya Protection Forces }Is an alliance of the most important militias in the capital. It was announced in December 2018.

The coalition includes the most prominent militias loyal to the National Accord Government {GNA}, the Libyan rebels, the Al-Nawasi Brigade, the Deterrence and Intervention Forces{ Abu Salim Axis}, and  Bab Tajoura militia.

The coalition follows the government's relentless efforts to enforce new security arrangements in the capital after bloody clashes between these militias, which took place in August and September last year.

I don’t know what kind of internationally recognized government led a groups of militias are made up of criminal gangs. Mercenaries  & Terrorists fighting for the control of the capital.

To prove my point of view let me give examples of these militia actions :

-        The Libyan rebels Militias have engaged in several battles to expel militias stationed outside the city, such as clashes last year between the four main brigades in Tripoli, and the mobile national force based in Misurata, mostly consists of Amazigh.

  • Al-Nawasi Brigade Despite its entry into the alliance, it has internal conflict killed one its commander in last July. These The militia attacked a refugee camp full of libyan people who lost their house  in the city of Tawergha last August. The brigade is believed to be behind the kidnapping of  financial director for  Libya's investment authority in last July.In May 2017, the brigade's tanks deployed in the streets of Tripoli to protest against the recognition by Mr. Mohamed Sayala Minister of Foreign Affairs in the { National Accord Government {GNA} of  Gen .Hafter as Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan armed forces.
  • Special Deterrent Forces : In July, the forces released two journalists who had been held for interrogation at the Mitigia airbase for two months.Amnesty International's accusations that Special Deterrent Forces was involved in human rights violations.Beside its refusal to stop doing any detentions without a warrant. One of its commanders said about that issue { "we cannot act like we need  the government to issue orders for us." He was defending his militia illegal detentions activities .They are led by one of Tripoli's most powerful figures, Abdul Raouf Karra. The main task of the forces was to confront crime and drug trafficking. Its functions later expanded to include the arrest of suspected members of the Islamic state. In May, the Presidential Council ordered the dissolution of the Special Deterrent Force, and its annexation to the Unregulated Crime Prevention and Terrorism Regime. So far, the troops have refused to comply with the decision, and continue to arrest suspects and run their own Facebook page.

- All the above mentioned are consider so small comparing to The terrorist Abdelhakim Belhadj’s scandal who has been involved in supporting and financing militant groups in southern and eastern Libya to fight the Libyan army and obtain large sums of money from Qatar and Turkey to tamper with Libya's security and stability to support the country's political Islam.

-I have much more shameful stories about such government’s militia but by all means how such a government can be called as internationally recognized government.

IN Conclusion:

I cannot understand so far why the international community did not know that the so called {Political Islam} are not able to rule middle east countries. The Muslim Brotherhood ruling regimes in Egypt & Tunisia has failed  as it had destroyed Algeria before .

The same it is happening in Libya no one are blind to know well that Al-Saraj’s government just a branch for Libyan Muslim brotherhoods group . Is it because the ability of Muslim brotherhood connections with Qatar & turkey bringing  Billions of dollars to cover up its activities , and to pay for its militia groups to grant its loyalty .

When I was young at school. The teacher always explained the big advanced difference between who understood the lesson first then memorized it and who memorized the lesson only ???

Its seems that UN & International community just memorized some books of laws Implement them on ground without understanding????!!! Or its that kind of policy who comes first for recognition we do serve them first????

Libya is Divided ,Libya isn't One Country

I BEEN TO LIBYA MANY TIMES BEFORE AND AFTER THE FEBRUARY 17 REVOLUTION , THERE IS A HUGE GAP BETWEEN WHAT IS GOING ON GROUND INSIDE LIBYA  AND  WHAT  MEDIA  OR EVEN THOSE WHO TALKS ABOUT LIBYA IN NEWS & THOSE PEOPLE WHO PUBLISHING FANCY COLORED  MAPS & DIAGRAMS  , ANALYZING  SITUATION IN LIBYA .

To understand Libyan situation now& what will happened in near future , we have to know some points connected with EL-Ghaddifi’s Era :

AlGaddifi’s Strategy to Control & Destroy Libya

First important issue we have to know that Libya are based on TRIBAL SYSTEM

1-     Libya has been always  a parted into  two sides { Eastern part  { Tubruk , Derna ,Albayda ,Benghazi , Qaminis ,Ajdabiya ,} and West part { Misratah ,Alkhums ,Tripoli .Zuwarah,Alzawya }

2-     In between east and west parts of Libya  Alghaddifi has given { Surt , Ras lanuf , alburayqah } a special case cities .

3-     AlGaddifi’s strategy.  he was working hard to turn Surt City into being a new Libyan capital  which will allow him to hold tight command of both east and west of Libya , he had given SURT’s people a lot of money and power not because most of them belongs to The tribe of Qadhafi . But also he had given them  high ranks in army ,police . Government & secret service. He never trusted anyone out of his relatives or his tribe .

it was known well in Ghaddifi days that if any Libyan needs to win a government tenders , or any international companies would like to win international tenders must have a connections with Surt’s people

4-     Both “Ras Lanuf & Alburayqah” were the oil & Gas main spot , was controlled by Alghaddifi family non a single oil parallel can go out of Libya till they knows about it ,

5-     Ghaddifi been working hard to increase the hate between East & West Libya . and he succeeded well in that matter which it been seen after the  17’s of February revolution . each city has established its own armed forces

For ex :

1-     The Shield of Libya - This militia is one of Muslim Brotherhood arms, based in the city of Misurata.

2-     Troops Battalion Tripoli -A militia affiliated with Islamic trends , one of the Muslim Brotherhood arms

For more information can be referred to my article Published on November 19, 2017 { https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/fake-democracy-arab-spring-libya-after-feb-17-2011-sherif-omar/}

The main result of any revolution that people has to be united to win their rights of good living and equal rights. But in Libya it was opposite each city or area has declared war against other area. Most of these armed clashes are based on what Ghaddifi seeded inside the Libyans in his era, each city wants to control oil and gas sources. Wants to control other city by force.

Years after  the Libyan’s revolution armed clashes still going on , yet in 2019 Libya still divided into two governments  but with a major change the national Libyan army led by Gen.Hafter had controlled the eastern part of Libya , and now waging a war against so called “National Accord Government led by Al - Seraj  in western part of Libya  .

In conclusion:

No matter what UN or Western world governments wants to solve the Libyan issue .its so hard because no one knows or even care to understand the hate between East and west Libya As I mentioned before Libya based on tribal system  in order to solve that problem . it is a must to gather the tribes at one issue { Libya First } . the Libyans has to think of their country only not to think about their tribal prides or even their own cities external hate to other cities .

to be followed ...........

MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD{ SCHOOL OF POISONED SNAKES}

Muslim Brotherhood are the biggest school for poisoned snakes & the real source of terrorism

The connections  between Muslim brotherhood , Al-Qaida and ISIL

What I am trying to say that Europe & USA should eliminate these group from taking more size and effect in Europe . as part of the war against terrorism

A- HISTORICAL CONNECTION BETWEEN MB & QAEDA

As Abdullah Azzam, the spiritual leader of the Arab Afghans he said in his book "Twenty years after the martyrdom of Sayyid Qutb": { QUTB is the spiritual leader for muslim brotherhood he wrote the most extremist radical books for jihadist }  "and who are pursuing change societies and the nature of thinking among the Muslim generation realize more than anyone else the clear fingerprints left by the writing of Sayyid Qutb and his pen in their thinking. And who entered Afghanistan realize the profound impact of qutb’s ideas  in the whole generation of radicalisms . "

Zawahri, in a videotape prod casted  by a jihadist sites in January 2015, acknowledged that Osama bin Laden came out of the Muslim Brotherhood, said he was following instructions strictly regulation when he went to Pakistan. He added: "He was a member of the Muslim Brotherhood, and  the organization is the one who sent him to Pakistan when the Soviet invasion took place in a specific task, which is connected to the support of the Islamic group that are out there, and was instructed regulation him not to enter Afghanistan, but Osama violated the orders."

Sponsored literature Qutb all extremist groups were loose robe that came out of them Takfir wal Hijra group, Al Qaeda and Daesh and others,  fed them and their leaders, such as Ayman al-Zawahiri - al-Qaeda leader - who joined the Muslim Brotherhood since he was 15 years of age.

I can write more about that connection between Qaeda and Muslim brotherhood But I want to move to my main reason for writing that article , the poisoned snakes organizations inside Europe and USA

Includes a list of the Muslim Brotherhood affiliated entities, a large number of organizations that implement Brotherhood schemes abroad,

1-   «International Institute for Islamic thinking, Islamic CARE of America and the Union of Islamic Organizations in Europe

2-    the Muslim American Society, and the Revolutionary Council, Turkey, and the World Federation of Muslim Scholars,

3-   the Institute of Islamic Political Thought London, which is run by Azzam Tamimi, a international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood leaders, the Islamic Union in Denmark, headed by Samir Rifai, member of the International Union of Muslim scholars,

4-   the CIO, which is being handled by Ibrahim el-Zayat, a prominent figure in the international regulation ».

5-   The International Union of Muslim Scholars, an important arms that are exploited by «regulation» to serve his interests, as controlled by a large number of Brotherhood leaders, headed by Dr. Yusuf al-Qaradawi, president of the World Federation of Muslim Scholars,

6-    Sheikh Rashid Ghannouchi, leader of Ennahda IN Tunisia one of the leading persons in muslim brotherhood organization ,

7-   Dr. Hammam Saeed, Comptroller General of the Muslim Brotherhood in Jordan,

8-    Abdul Wahab al-Dailami, a leader of the Brotherhood of the Yemen reform Party »

How muslim brotherhood Foreign arms acting and planning inside Europe and USA

. As for the history of the foreign arms goes back to the late sixties, when the Muslims students Associations in Western countries, especially the United States, one of the oldest Muslim Brotherhood affiliated entities launched by the Muslim Brotherhood abroad to permeate within Western societies, according to the site «Brothers Wikipedia» of the Muslim Brotherhood, and dates from the founding of the first Union in 1962, and derive those unions all of the mantle «International Islamic Federation of Student organizations», as the Brotherhood Muslim American Society, founded in 1993, an advocacy association working in the areas of advocacy, education, media, youth, and has around about 1,000 members . Began Brotherhood launch of Islamic institutions in the late sixties, including the Union of Muslim doctors in 1967, the Union of doctors and engineers Islamists in 1969, and the Union of scientific and social Islamists in 1972. In North America launched the Brotherhood's Islamic Waqf in 1973, the Islamic Medical, the Association of Muslim youth Arab Society, Muslims in North America and youth, and includes a list of the Muslim Brotherhood affiliated entities also abroad, the International Institute of Islamic thought and take the reform of the intellectual and cognitive umbrella to its existence abroad and there are branches in America and around the world.

After a conference of the Muslim Brotherhood in Germany in 1984, successively spread of the Muslim Brotherhood affiliated entities abroad in a number of Western countries, to include dozens of organizations and places of worship in Belgium, France, Switzerland, Italy, Austria, the Netherlands, Norway and others, where the Islamist group the Muslim League represented the group in Britain was founded, and then rolled dozens of organizations including a Muslim British «BMI», and Islamic organizations for relief, and the European Council for Fatwa and research, and the Union of Islamic organizations initiative in Europe, as well as the Islamic Society of Germany, which has become one of the most important Muslim organizations in Germany, also includes the Union of Islamic organizations in the Brotherhood's list France, which is one of the Islamic federations, and this organization derives its strength from a network of more than 200 association covers various fields of social life, according to a holistic view of Islam inherited from the «Muslim Brotherhood».

The United States one of the important countries that embrace the Brotherhood centers, and includes a number of Islamic organizations controlled by the organization, especially the organization «CARE» Islamic America », which took over the branch in the city of Los Angeles, Egyptian student responsibility Abdullah Assem, who is known in the media as« The little inventor  », ending obtaining political asylum to the United States of America, where this institution take the defense of civil rights and liberties of Muslim Americans or foreigners with umbrella procedures. And managed the international organization of the Muslim Brotherhood control of a number of important positions in Europe, according to the statements for informational Ahmed Maslamani, former President of the Republic for Media Affairs Advisor, which he said that «the Muslim Brotherhood dominate the 720 mosques of the total in 2200 a mosque in France, as well as control of the Union of Organizations Islamic Europe in which the number of members exceeds 1000 organization. » In spite of the strong presence of the Muslim Brotherhood abroad, a number of entities abroad no longer exists and were liquidated, where he disappeared Two of the most important and oldest Muslim Brotherhood organizations, a «walked» Foundation and under the law in December 2000, although the group «description», the Foundation « York », which were part of this institution are still in operation without change or close, as the Muslim Council of American disappeared from the arena, especially after the arrest« perpendicular »immediately after being accused of terrorist events in 2004. the March council works through the Muslim American Society and the Muslim public Affairs Council . The inevitable result of the importance of these Islamic centers as a means of existence of the Islamic movements, conflict broke out between the Brotherhood and the Salafists and the rest of the Islamic currents abroad, to seize on these centers, as  tries to each side, according to an interview with Amr Building, a dissident Muslim Brotherhood, to impose its control over these schools,

however, the Brotherhood succeeded in control of 70% of those centers, the goal of the organization of the control of these centers is to attract new members of the Brotherhood were able to feed organization needed money in addition to their exploitation to penetrate universities through scholarships that are in abroad and frequency of these centers, we find that most of the faculty belong to the Brotherhood. The Brotherhood exploit these Islamic centers to seize donations Islamists abroad to be used as one of the organization resources, and still talk on the lips of architecture, unlike a number of the group's leaders are traveling to these centers to lecture them paid material.

I hope I wrote clear information about those snakes organizations operating in Europe and USA ,

Strategic Savagery Between «ISIL» and «Al-Qaeda»

Strategic Savagery Between «ISIL» and «Al-Qaeda»

Watching news daily is my bad habit . cause some times I got high blood presser when I am listening to some people speaking about jihadi , ISIL OR QAEDA , I have headache when I found he get his information from Wikipedia or google search and he start speaking as middle east jihadi expert …

I WAS WATCHING A NEWS STATION TALKING ABOUT QAEDA LINKS WITH ISIL . THE SPEAKER FROM INDIA LIVES IN USA , NEVER BEEN TO MIDDLE EAST . HE KNEW NOTHING ABOUT WHO IS WHO . WHO IS DOING WHAT . OR EVEN NO IDEA ABOUT THE WHOLE SITUATION IN MIDDLE EAST OR EUROPE .

So I felt I had to comment and tell about that topic . so many can understand more about it .

I Choose to talk about two dangers studies wrote by jihadi leaders . those two studies had giving the roots and leads to what we face and see now a days from terrorist groups either ISIL OR ELQAEDA ,

Both studies defines the «movements of jihadist» targets and plans of action to be followed to get to the establishment of «Islamic state» or succession, before that proclaimed leader of «Daesh» Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi years.

The first one is the Management of Savagery wrote by a writer, known as Abu Bakr Naji. It is not clear when he wrote it , but probably between 2004 and 2005, while the author appears to be a pseudonym and very likely to be the real name is Saif al-Adel the master security mind for AL «Qaeda».

Organization

The second one is strategic memo written by Abdullah bin Mohammed 2011.

Both books has strategic looking to the future and try to read it and write the plans telling

how it will lead to the establishment of the Islamic State.

However, I will note for you my observations about these two books:

First major point : The Arab scene and weak regimes

Since The Arab States formed over more than half a century since independence, most of regimes did not work to develop wealth and to ensure stability. As well as the absence of manifestations of prosperity the public except for a narrow category, Has weaken the fundamentals of stabilize procedures in their countries.

In this situation from a sense of instability those arab governments lost large segments of society basic support , besides losing its ability to maintain the loyalty of the people. What made the religious ideologies throughout the Arab world as a basic reference and attracting the masses .

the ideologues of the takfiri groups has read this scene, attempted to push the society towards chaos

 and split the major meeting point . { page 46 in the Management of Savagery book }

 both books have been known before the emergence of «ISIS», for example «management of savagery», has been issued before the founding of the so-called "Islamic State in Iraq. As a reminder, that Zarqawi began his work in Iraq under the name of "Tawhid and Jihad" during his dispute with Al Qaeda until 17-10 2004 history of the pledge allegiance to Osama bin Laden, where he announced the establishment of the so-called { eljihad in al rafden “}

"Islamic State in Iraq» has established 15 10-2006 elected Abu Omar al-Baghdadi, Emir after Al-Zarqawi killed at 7-6-2006.

after Abu Omar al-Baghdadi and Abu Ayyub been killed at 19/4/2010 . Abu Bakr Al-Baghdadi led by «the Islamic State in Iraq after ten days of the death of abou hamza

the 2nd book { Strategic Memo } published in 2011, according to its content was issued after the Arab spring» and «militarized» Syrian crisis, probably issued after June 2011. Means that STRATEGIC MEMO WAS WROTE BEFORE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ISIL { 0/04/2013 } known as the Islamic State in Iraq & Levant

Although the work of «ISIL» has witnessed great development since al-Baghdadi leadership, but it is definite is that al-Baghdadi does not work alone, and that the arrival of «ISIL» to what came to him but rather was due to a combination of several factors, including:

1-      recruit experienced elements and depolarized and give it a great role , which justifies the fact that «ISIL» is the most polarized takfiri group has non-Arab like Pakistan, Chechnya, Western nations and others.

2-     Adoption of al-Baghdadi, a lot of the experiences of Saddam Hussein's army officers.

3- advantage of the weakness of Zawahiri personality and not swear allegiance to many leaders of the organization «Qaeda» to him because of the emergence of many gaps since he took over the leadership of the organization after bin Laden killed appeared through several letters sent by some of the organization's leaders of al-Zawahiri himself. For example: Sheikh Abu Yusuf and sheikh Abubakar Zayla'i Somalia before his death .

4-      Advantage of weakness Iraqi security organizations on one hand and on the other hand, the Syrian army withdrawal from some near the Iraqi-Syrian border areas.

It must be recognized that those two studies have a historical view and read in depth of what is happening in the region. It is in this respect like the studies that were prepared by the Marxist world conflicts, or type in Arab nationalism in its view of the region in general

Intellectual sources

No one can deny that the takfiri thought came out of Wahhabism, and that every one of them represents a face of the other. At a time when Ibn Taymiyyah and Ibn Abdul Wahab represents depth idiosyncratic and lumpy for both parties, the extremist takfiri groups have benefited in the legitimacy of policies in the planning and theorizing from the writings of Ibn elqem’s book { wisdom roads in Islamic politics } , Mawardi’s books and in addition to the Palestinian Abu Qatada , for sure we can not forget the writings of Sayyid Qutb the muslim brotherhood leaders . This can be seen through sources that adopted by the authors.

why Levant

As can be noted that both the «Management of Savagery» and «strategic Memo» have identified the Levant as an area proposed for the nucleus of «state». And centered justifications for this choice in the following points:

1-      religious justification: and based on what of «sayings» for the Levant and its people and its importance.

2-      It was the center of an Islamic caliphate previous Umayyad Caliphate. Long timed ago

3-      It's close to the former Islamic caliphate center also borders with Iraq, the Abbasid caliphate center.

4-     it is close to the main places of Islamic borders with Saudi Arabia, taking into account that the Levant including Jordan.

but the center «Islamic caliphate» and that was agreed upon in these two books, a sham

…..see p. 81, Management of Savagery, p. 15, the strategy note, p. 23.

It seems that al-Baghdadi may combine the two views and announced his successor in Iraq and Syria together.

we find that the authors forward justifications for the exclusion of the Kingdom as a «succession» desired. With a greater focus on Syria and Iraq and on the Management of Savagery .

I HOPE I HAD CLARIFIED MORE REAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE REAL SOURCES OF ISIL .

AS I MENTIONED IN MY PRVIOUS ARTICLE ONLY ARABS KNOWS ARABS , not a man set in his office drinking black coffee  reading info from Wikipedia or google . then became the strategic expert in middle east . shame really .

New Generation of Terrorism [LONE WOLF & MICRO CELLS }

It could be argued that there is a set of characteristics that distinguish this type of terrorism compared to the first generation of terrorism, which is expressed in ElQaeda and ISIL base model, and  the second generation represented by the local Al-Qaeda & ISIL groups models, which retained all the organizational structure cluster and clear, and lead single orders ,  the Council Shura, multiple committees, and a set of operational leaders responsible for the areas and cells,

These are the new properties are as follows:

  • Network interactions  Flat Network, which consists of a limited number of people bound together by family ties or friendship, and there is no operational one and no ideological leader , plus the characterized of decision making process within them based on equality among members, and usually these are formed network through Internet sites and social networking, and create networks difficult to track.
  • Local origination Homegrown, Individuals engaged in this type of terrorism are not "foreigners" or "immigrants", but citizens are natural grew up in the state, and for some reason decided to become more radical towards this country, which grew up and where they belong
  • Individuals who have not been recruited in a systematic mannerStructured, also did not graduate from religious schools, or training camps, where there was a shift in there thinking  through blogs jihadist and terrorist sites, and through  on-line training courses on how to carry out terrorist operations in limited effects,  they relied on "self-learning", so sometimes they do not have enough skill to organize or plan any bombings or operations.
  • Individuals has spoiled socially, where most of these belong to the middle class, they are not poor, and there is no specific law in regard to age, sex, and most of them did not graduate from religious universities, but graduated from  universities.
  • Individuals are not  isolated from their communities, unlike the isolated nature that characterized traditional terrorist groups, particularly al-Qaeda & ISIL terrorists, whom were isolated somewhere geographically from the media and the urban centers in the state, and their families,

On the other side this new type of terrorism they interact on an ongoing basis with the surrounding community, and  it creates a sort of isolation between them and their community , makes them more hostile towards their communities, especially with the constant exposure to the ideology of terrorism, which creates over time tolerant of the terrorist act even against the state, which grew up in, and this what facilitated by modern means of communication.

I will dived this new style of terrorism into two main types can be differentiated as follows:

Type 1: the  lone wolf, acting individually Operationally, Can  plan the attack alone after developing his own ideology that combines feelings of dissatisfaction , frustration , objectives of religious, political and social, and he based his believes on communities that provide the legitimacy of what his thoughts, usually these communities consist of extremist movements.

Type 2:  The Micro Cells, consisting of a limited number of people bound together by trust relationships, their own ideology and gather them based on religious or ethnic basis, or specific ideology or faith an issue, and have decision-making process of a collective process.

this kind of terrorism, using unconventional tactics, especially in the case of "lone wolf", and there is no limit to the level of violence that they may be adopted , especially since they do not care about gaining followers or sympathizers

Problematic confrontation

This group is one of the phenomena that are difficult to confront, have a better ability to survive, because they do not have a leader, and  the center of gravity for the survival of this type of terrorism is the ideology that are adopted, which combines religious dimension, and feelings of dissatisfaction, for reasons of ethnic or sectarian . As it is often difficult to keep track of this kind of terrorism, where the interactions network in cases of "small cells" hidden, and increases the difficulty in the case of "lone wolf", where there are no group can be traced, or means to detect processes before they are implemented.

Besides, it is often difficult to predict the emergence of this kind of terrorism in the state, or expected to spread them on a large scale, especially in the case of "lone wolf", which is still a phenomenon linked to the European and American societies primarily, while longer "small cell" more likely , especially since Egypt has been spotted in the period following the revolution of June 30, 2013, make up many of these cells, and that Bahrain, Kuwait witnessed a form close to this kind of terrorism by individuals belonging to the Shiite sect cells, and adopt specific political objectives.

Although there are recent regional approach to the development of counter-terrorism mechanisms, but the problem will remain linked to the difficulty of dealing with terrorism without leadership. This requires the development of a number of strategies "non-security" to combat this type of terrorism, which can be evaluated in the context of the transformations taking place in the region, including interest dimension of the intellectual in the fight against terrorism, the strategy for social control of terrorism, through attention to the context in encouraging the growth of terrorism

MY LAST WORD That  { Over-Securitization policies in dealing with terrorism, and Over-Politicization policies both miss the societal dimension that helps the spread of this phenomenon, linked mainly to education, and the ability of the individual to the rationale for the religious attitudes....

Forms of Terrorism

I will discuss in this part forms of terrorism and methods

 forms of terrorism.

If you were to take all forms of terrorism is extremely challenging, there is no less than to address most of these forms that won the Good of the application in practice and in particular, to be able to identify the nature of each of them, and multiple forms and patterns according to the multiplicity of the researchers who took the phenomenon and the different intellectual backgrounds the reference and the angle at which each of them is seen by terrorism, some mentions various forms of terrorism without a specific standard-based, whereas enumerates some of the other forms of terrorism on the basis of various criteria, including: the historical norm and actors and scope of nature, adding to intellectual terrorism and psychological terror, and from our side we will address forms by looking him in three aspects: the actor and the objective, scope and then can be monitored in the forms:

Can be divided terrorism in terms of those who do are primarily two types terrorist states and terrorist individuals and groups, however overlap between the two species may occur, the state committed terrorism itself or through its support of some individuals or groups to weaken some of the other competing nations, and the terrorist groups if it succeeds in control the reins of power may continue to use violence and terrorism and  I will address the types as follows:

State terrorism:

Despite the dispute over the existence of state terrorism or lack of it, the opinion is stable on the existence of such terrorism topping the United States each year the list of the lists of countries supporting terrorism names, despite the fact that some people enter the state terrorism in the framework of more than a pile aggression terrorism but believes that State exercises its own or by groups acting on its behalf terrorism at home or abroad, and if the majority of scholars in favor of the existence of state terrorism, but they differed in the definition as  different images of its forms. Some identify it as the use of state of the means of violence regularly to provoke terror to achieve political goals and this goals may be power or suppress the opposition, Terrorism help the state to achieve some of the goals that fail to peaceful means for achieving them. State terrorism is also called white terrorism and include all movements and terrorist activities.

Multiple goals of the terrorist movements and can distinguish between the goals of this ideology and separatist goals, criminal and on the basis of that multiple forms of terrorism as follows:

Institution or institutional, or authoritarian terrorism since it preserves the legitimate authority or institutions have called terrorism or terrorism of the highest red but not all of the violence perpetrated by the so-called state terrorism, there are forms of official violence practiced by the state in the legal limits.

And some known state terrorism and displays an image despite an earlier rejection of the so-called state terrorism and is well known as: "The use of Government of the State to the extent dense and extraordinary violence against civilians to weaken or destroy their will to resist or rejection and photos of this terrorism are inside and outside the state.

Domestic terrorism

may be through abuse of power, such as acts of torture and inhumane treatment or arbitrary application of laws, which is also called the repressive terrorism, which will control the state control over some of the categories and revolutionary movements and be able to silence opponents through terrorist groups established by the state to sow terror in the the middle of a particular group of citizens or against the entire society on the external level state practiced terrorism in two forms: one direct and the other indirect, direct at the external level the picture is in these operations carried out by military units against civilians in other countries and so-called military terrorism is different from terrorism compulsive in terms of the goal, where terrorism compulsive aims to bring together the people to control it, while the military terrorism aims to disperse the people and weaken his control.

The picture is to indirect state aid to terrorism and his groups such as the provision of arms and shelter to the other.

Individuals terror groups:

some called individual terror terrorism, insurgency and doubts as terrorism of the weak and suggests that the meaning of weakness is the lack of resources from resorting to terrorism largely on the resources they control , it does not reflect the times as far as reflecting the overly ambitious objectives and called this kind of terrorism, "terrorism from the bottom."

Terrorism ideological:

It aims to achieve a particular ideology shared by organizers of him and warn themselves to accomplish, this terrorism was known in ancient times in the form of anarchist terrorism was March revolutionaries in Russia terrorism ideology to reach their goal of Bolshevik revolution in 1917, the revolutionary terrorism is a form of terrorism ideology  who preceded referred to, and may be terrorism ideology religiously like I knew the Middle Ages through the attempts to impose the loyalty and devotion of the Catholic Church in Rome and hits him another example of Islamic fundamentalism, which opposes all modern ideologies because they indicate the absolute truth and see it all-out war does not end until the achievement of its objectives, as they are integrated ideology of the individual and the state, while some believe that religious fundamentalism or Islamic terrorism even though they are based on ideology, but it is different from the ideological terrorism, which can be, for example, a Marxist in the political and social roots.

Terrorism, separatism:

attributed to movements that used techniques of terrorism in order to achieve separation from the mother country and the recognition of political independence and the regional group or gender, it is called the national terrorism or regional level have found this type of terrorism has long been the opposite of liberation movements aimed at liberation from colonialism and get independence and exercise their right to self-determination which prompted the international community to recognize the legitimacy of their struggle, while the separatist movements not targeting the unity of the state and territorial sovereignty and thus not recognized by the international conventions because they are incompatible with the principle of unity of internationally region recognizing the State, and this kind of terrorism is limited on individuals and political groups do not imagine that God, the state exercised only indirectly, through the support of some separatist movements, which is based in original along ethnic or national features bloody violence and continuity and has a stretch between classes of people and the current exemplified  (LIRA) and ETA separatism in Spain demanding separation from Spain. There are no national or ethnic separatist movement was able to achieve its goals so far through terrorism or without use.

Terrorism criminal:

This type of terrorism motivated by selfish and personal, economic and social, and take multiple methods to achieve its goals, such as extortion, armed robbery and hostage-taking for ransom, sabotage and looting of money and property, and the practice of acts of trafficking in drugs and processes dirty, corruption and other money laundering, the same normal terrorism ….

Phases of Radicalization 3 ( Know your Enemy)

A- The jihadist ideology combines the extreme and minority interpretation [jihadi-
Salafi] of Islam with an activist-like commitment or responsibility to solve global political grievances through violence. Ultimately, the jihadist envisions a world in which jihadi-Salafi Islam is dominant and is the basis of government.
B- This ideology is proliferating in Western democracies at a logarithmic rate.
The Internet, certain Salafi-based NGO’s (non-governmental organizations) , extremist sermons /study groups, Salafi literature, jihadi videotapes, extremist - sponsored trips to radical madrassas and militant training camps abroad have served as “extremist incubators” for young, susceptible Muslims -- especially ones living in diaspora communities in the West.

EX : AFHANISTAN WAR AGAINST SOVIET UNION ,was the primary school for salafi jihadi after launched them to the western world and the middle east ,,,,,Islamic Charities organizations established in Afghanistan by MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD GROUP was the nucleus of this generation of terrorists ,

The role of internet in radicalization :-

1- The Internet is a driver and enabler for the process of radicalization .
2-In the Self-Identification phase, the Internet provides the wandering mind of the conflicted young Muslim or potential convert with direct access to unfiltered radical and extremist ideology.
3- It also serves as an anonymous virtual meeting place—a place where virtual groups of like-minded and conflicted individuals can meet, form virtual relationships and discuss and share the jihadi-Salafi message they have encountered.
4-During the Indoctrination phase, when individuals adopt this virulent ideology, they begin interpreting the world from this newly-formed context. Cloaked with a veil of objectivity, the Internet allows the aspiring jihadist to view the world and global conflicts through this extremist lens, further reinforcing the objectives and political arguments of the jihadi-Salafi agenda.
5-In the Jihadization phase, when an individual commits to jihad, the Internet serves as an enabler—providing broad access to an array of information on targets, their vulnerabilities and the design of weapons.
6- Individuals generally appear to begin the radicalization process on their own.
Invariably, as they progress through the stages of radicalization they seek likeminded individuals. This leads to the creation of groups or clusters. These clusters appear almost essential to progressing to the Jihadization stage—the critical stage that leads to a terrorist act.
7- “Group think” is one of the most powerful catalysts for leading a group to actually committing a terrorist act. It acts as a force-multiplier for radical thought while creating a competitive environment amongst the group members for being the most radical. More violence,

•An “operational leader” who is essential as the group decides to conduct a terrorist act--organizing, controlling and keeping the group focused and its motivation high.

• The full radicalization of a Western individual, or groups of individuals, does not always result in the committing of a terrorist act in the West. Many fully radicalized individuals have first looked to conduct jihad by becoming mujahedeen and fighting in conflicts overseas.

•Among those individuals who travel abroad in search of jihad, some end up as mujahedeen and fight in foreign lands; some are re-directed to commit acts in the West, often in their country of origin, while others give up and return home because they can’t endure the training or have a change of heart.
For those groups of home-grown radicalized individuals who do not seek jihad abroad, the dedication and commitment of their leader to jihad is often the main factor in determining whether the group will commit a terrorist act or not.

Part-2 The never ending source of terrorists { Religious schools-2}

Islamization of Turkish society: Justice & Development party focused on the  religious education as per reforms put forward by Turkish President  Erdogan, , the Board of Education is facing criticism for his proposal to make religious education subject is compulsory for young students, in addition to the expansion of private religious schools, and provide incentives for families to bring their children for religious education, which is subject to some associated with the ruling justice and development institutions.

Universities entry exam Has been modified in 2011 to exclude any discrimination is not in favor of Imam al-Khatib schools students , and to allow religious education at the age of middle school instead of being limited to high school students as in past , and forcing school and university students, whatever their religion or sect, to attend religious lessons mainly based on the Q’oran and the Prophet's biography learn.

In this context, the number of‘ Imam Khatib schools has been increasing by 73%, from 2011 to 2014, it’s the same school which Erdogan himself graduated from before.

In the same context, EX -Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu condemned the decision issued by the European Court of Human Rights, criticizes religious education compulsory in Turkish schools, saying that the absence of this education could push the country towards extremism, similar to what is happening in Iraq and Syria.

ISIL religious schools, researchers has pointed out to the exploitation and abuse of children as a way to secure the future of ISIL as an organization ,

ISIL organization to bring up a new generation, they are indoctrinated religious concepts since their joining in the schools, and in parallel with accession for training camps between the ages of 10 and 15 years, and emboldened them to violence, and studying some skills needed to serve ISIL GROUP.

On the other hand, ISIL has changed and deleted a number of educational materials and a focus on religious radical education only, by creating of so-called "Board of Education", in order to create new generations and emerging from the extremists, after the theoretical study and practical side starts, where large groups of children are subject to quotas of military training, each according to classification, and age, and the goal of being recruited.

As it is documented in this morning's exercises, and taking pictures with children carrying heavy weapons, it is estimated that there are hundreds of schools are belongs to { al Qaeda and ISIL } in its different branches in Syria and Iraq, which means that the world will face a new generation of terrorists and extremists, more violent , making it more difficult to eliminate these organizations, because of its success in renewing their own sources of manpower from the new streams of children, who will grow up and will have the leading role in those organizations.

Religious schools in Libya: Because of the chaos witnessed in Libya after the fall of the Gaddafi regime, some informal religious institutes spreads in many cities inside Libya , Became the platform for launching of all radical and extremist ideas, particularly sectarian discrimination. Some members of these institutes have joined the ‘ISIL ‘ and other organizations, Even big number of those students pushed to join and participate in the fighting fronts within Syria, and back again to Libya.

Tunisia, the finger-pointing directed to a number of " Quran kinder gardens " promoting religious extremism and industry in Tunisia, created by religious associations, which often operate outside the law, and is intended to graduation elite extremist inside the Tunisian society, which gives children an intensive religious dose of radical ideas which is not appropriate for their age, and treat them violently, those kindergartens adopting its reputation on the basis that children learn to read and write in Arabic, but it is based on violence as a method of education and teaching for these children, according to some of the many trends, in addition to instilling the idea of conflict and the clash between Islam and the other rather than cooperate, till the word Jihad stuck firmly in their minds, and the low cost is a powerful incentive for parents to enroll their children into these schools .

 Religious schools in Africa:

in front of the spread of extremist ideas, either in North Africa or the West, For example the Mauritanian government has taken a number of decisions that will tighten procedures on religious schools, believing that these actions fall within the risk-planning policy through disclosure of funding sources, and the study subjects that is taught, and the identities of the workers in these schools.

Nigeria ‘ Boko Haram group ‘ had based to religious education and declined to civil education, relying on the radical theories for a number of militants, such as Abu Muhammad al-Maqdisi, entitled: "Setting Fawares { Musketeers } leaders abandon the corruption of the schools," and other theorists of extremism, and within the foundations and principles of this regulatory prohibition of western education from school to university.

Boko Haram group uses preaching in mosques and Islamic schools in different parts of Maiduguri; where they are taking advantage of Islamic schools to promote violent and anti-state institutions for their ideology, has benefited from the expansion of religious schools owed to those regulation of loyalty, which is exploited by preacher Mohammed Yusuf, who founded a group Boko haram under the pretext of anti-corruption in the government and the neglect of the poor people, he managed to attract the oppressed and poor people .

The never ending SOURCE of terrorists [ Religious Schools]

Although there are a number of moderate religious institutions active in the fields of education and upbringing in the Middle East countries, there is un-limited number of non-official religious schools has become is an essential foundation for the deployment of intellectual extremism and terrorism among young people, in the framework of the close ties between some terrorist organizations and intellectual groups ,, this groups of religious schools  spreads in some unstable countries, ,  where terrorist organizations dominate the full-states, such as Syria, Yemen, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, and Afghanistan.

Philosophy of radical education

Education is based on informal extremist religious schools linked to terrorist organizations, regardless of the sectarian affiliations to these organizations,  which can be summarized in a number of points, as follows:

1-Centralized "The idea of the Islamic Caliphate against the concept of the state": this idea "idealism" is an emotional, religious and historical association, enabling them to win the sympathy and the recruitment of young people, they are in the collective consciousness of the young people is a symbol of progress and control according to historical grounds.

2. Redefinition of religion: it is associated rigidly with respect to the formal appearances of religiosity, and minimizes the value of religious moral and ethical manifestations, which creates a case of duplication among the students of those schools.

3-Religious Class: as it seeks this beyond the dominance of state and religious control to create a kind of religious high class in society, and the Palace of public rights-abiding religious schools, which confers on the students of those schools mental image characterized Idealism and angelic about the characterize of religious man according to their vision, a what increases the gap between the self and their own society

4. Virtual explanations: Studying in these religious facilities informal focusing on virtual reading of the texts, events, and education of these schools are mainly based on coping not using the mind, and the monopoly of truth in thoughts and behavior, that methodology is not based on the foundations of dialogue and coexistence, but based on confrontation and antagonism. And establish limited standards for model religious person, and denies others from the Department of religiosity (virtual), and intimidation of religion and evoke the mechanisms that indicate the torment, thus sowing the seeds of intellectual terrorism in the minds of young children.

.

5. Culture of Denial: Education in  extremist religious schools are into visions & thoughts based on the separation from reality, and re-read it according to its compatibility with the visions of the ideological and metaphysical, and then it becomes both a realistic evolution reproduced from the past contexts, and is linked to the historical and intellectual backgrounds of the conflict with the other in the framework of " ordeal "with the" nation "before" empowerment in the Earth "phase, which increased a culture of hate  and hostility towards others , and for sure enhances the trends of violence inside young people minds .

Map of extremist schools

These Schools are spread in the Middle East , Asia and Africa ,Are an independent religious schools, non-formal, and not be subject to the control of states, based on spreading the culture of extremism and violence and hostility to another, which was exploited by terrorist organizations in the stretch and attract members of the youth ranks, and is the most important States faced with threats of extremist religious schools in the following:

[ PAKISTAN & AFGHANSTAN  ]

1. Religious schools in Pakistan more than 300 religious schools since the independence of Pakistan,

those schools momentum in the era of the rule of Gen. Mohammad Zia al-Haq its golden times, where contributed to the supply of fighters into Afghanistan under the slogan of jihad and liberation of the country from enemies, and recently increased in number to 30 thousand schools, taught by nearly two million students, and these schools are popular with most of the poorer classes.

Western media has started to pay attention to these schools when the Taliban came to power in Afghanistan, as it contributed to the preparation of the leaders of the movement made its famous extremist radical religious methodology and increased the clamor following the events of September 11, where the school is facing charges of publication of radical thoughts, and is a source radical movements that took in the steadily growing in Pakistan, and it was 10 senior Taliban leaders have been educated in these schools, private school, "Uloom Haqqania House" in Peshawar, and even Mullah Mohammad Omar, he joined a short time in this school, as demonstrated by the participation of members of the Pakistani origin of the graduates of these schools in several terrorist operations, such as the London bombings, and the events of the Red mosque in Islamabad in 2007.

[ Indonesia ]

2. Religious schools in Indonesia: the escalation of the controversy over the extent of moderation in religious schools in Indonesia after the Bali bombings in 2002, when the accusation of Religious Leader Abubakar Ba'asyir – He is a great spiritual religious for many Islamic schools – being the spiritual leader of the Jemaah Islamiah network, which adopted the bombings that killed more than 200 people.

The Indonesian anti-terrorism office admits that ISIL was able to organize terrorist recruitment of 100 young people in December 2014, accusing these group of schools having solid relationships with extremist organizations ;EX [ the Makmen school in Nnigeruki; ] also the graduates belonging to the banned Islamic group. The bombings, which took place in Jakarta early 2016, carried out by suicide bombers: Ahmed Mhzan, and chaste and Muhammad Ali, who proved that they receive religious education in a religious school in Solo.

BASIC INFORMATION ABOUT IED MATERIALS

The Taliban created new ways of killing in the summer, in the form of bombardment by the Red Watermelon, according to information and pictures of Taliban militants as reported by the press.

The pictures, published by Afghan journalists, showed the latest tactics to hide the Taliban's bombs in Afghanistan. A man opens a watermelon to hide explosives inside. So far, the use of melons as a kind of explosive has not been a known tool, although hiding the bombs inside different things is a tactic the Taliban used.

Taliban militants have hidden mines inside the bodies of Afghan soldiers or even inside the bodies of dead dogs.

Bombs use other methods to pass through protected areas, hiding explosives in food-filled tins or inside Muslim holy book Quran .

TNT a chemical known by its scientific name {Tri-Nitro-Toluene}  which is an explosive in itself. Its chemical formula: C6H2 (NO2) 3CH3 .

- This substance does not explode by shock. It needs a detonator, does not absorb water In contrast to dynamite, it can be stored for a long time without diminishing its effectiveness.

- The TNT is used as a unit for the measurement of energy. For example, the energy of a nuclear bomb is measured by its equivalent of the explosion of a certain amount of TNT, "As toxic and absorbable from the skin. It was first manufactured in 1863 by German chemist Joseph Wilbrand, used by the German military  in World War I against British ships.

TATP

most important materials capable of producing a huge explosive capacity:

TATP material triacetone triperoxide , considered one of the most sophisticated explosives, is sensitive to impact,  It can be easily prepared using commercially available raw materials obtained from shops, pharmacies and cosmetic shops. They can be formed using acetone, hydrogen peroxide and a strong acid such as hydrochloric or sulfuric acid. In July 2005, bombs exploded across London. Investigators discovered that they contained TATP. In September 2009, Najibullah Zazi was arrested for trying to blow up the subway in  New York,

Zazi bought the materials he needed for  TATP manufacturing from a cosmetics store, a home-made  shops and a Wal-Mart store.

C4

C4 Is a highly explosive material that is manufactured in military installations. It has a large capacity to destroy the armors, according to military experts, the package, which weighs 2 kilograms of C4 equivalent if the explosion of 10 kilograms of TNT explosive.

It is an easy-to-form,  color light-gray detonator that dissolves in acetone and does not explode with ignition but needs a direct detonator.

Inside the Dark side of Terrorism { how they plan to kill using IEDs }

Methods of Camouflaging & Sealing IEDs

·The jihadi { terrorist } enters the market as a person who wants to shop and carry shopping bags (not in laser or business bags), has the package. Inside the bag ,  he puts the bag inside crowded  store acting like he wants to  buy new goods.

Large packages can be put into the crowded markets by placing them inside large cans  or inside large balls and dragging them on a cart as a distributor of goods. This is after surveying the market, knowing the distribution times, the nature of the goods and the ways of entering it.

·The package can be placed inside the large cartons, such as those containing bottles of soft drinks, or similar and preferably the carton is new and written on the contents or drawn as is the case showing the trade mark .  Using  electrical devices carton boxes , such as  a  carton for a computer printer .

·The packaging can also be camouflaged in a 5 kg powder pack or any carton (plastic, plastic, etc.). The carton or container inside the packaging should contain logos and pictures indicating the type of material in the cleaning soaps }

·       How the do the above method :

A-  Opening the container from the bottom and emptying the material from the container , { never open it from top so it seems that this container has been purchased now from one of the neighboring shops, and if  searched by security check point they will not think to open the container and see what is inside because it has a factory sealed cover .

 B. Place the package inside the container and then close it as it was.

 C. The container is loaded as it is without being carried inside a bag. If placed in a plastic bag, it must be transparent so that no one is suspected. Anyone who sees the container knows that it is a washing powder or a biscuit carton.

 D. TERRORIST enters the market as if he bought a pack of laundry detergent Soap in which the packaging is from another shop and wants to buy some other items, and then he can put it inside the shop he wants to buy and start searching for the goods he wants to buy. One, in a timely manner, leaves the place without quietly and without attracting attention

 ·      Operations within buses and bus stops:

1. If the operation is in a bus station and the plan was to carry out the operation inside the bus, it is best to be in the bag of Hand-Back or Samsonite.

2. If the plan to be detonated amid the gathering of the enemy inside the station can be put a large package inside a large travel bag provided that the bus station carrying passengers to remote areas where the presence of large bags looks normal . It is also possible to take advantage of the big bag if the process is to put the package in the place of luggage under the bus and then get off, not be a suicidal operation.

·Using car bombs to break into gatherings (open markets, open bus stops, closed markets, closed bus stops, etc.), provided that the explosives are distributed inside the car in accordance with the form of the assembly. Explosive fragments can be used in open and closed spaces

·Gas cylinders and indoor gasoline gallons can be used specifically to increase the impact of the package.

·The intrusion of open markets and bus stops is easier than breaking into closed markets and entering closed markets.  looking for the entrance from which you can enter the car, and here you have to fool the guards in case there are guards, by pretending that you want to stop the car in front of the entrance  gate for checking point and then put The speed switch on the low speed and then suddenly jumps into the market, killing & hitting  as much by the car . and the rest die by  explosives.

 ·      Third: Operations in public places , Restaurants, public departments, :

· If the operation is inside a restaurant, the package can be placed inside Hand bag  (on the shoulder) or inside the Samsonite bag, bearing in mind that the shape and the clothes  must be compatible with the Samsonite bag.

·If the operation is inside an official establishment such as mail, banks , post offices use Samsonite bag .

 ·         Use of the car bomb in the implementation (remote, timing)

·1. Put explosives in the doors of the car, in the front wing of both sides, or in the front or back, especially if it is plastic.

 2. The amount of explosives can be placed in the box with the presence of gasoline and gas cylinders.

 3. The explosives can be placed in the taxi signal that is lost on the surface of the vehicle. In this way, we ensure that the explosive fragments  are directed to the head, and that there is no barrier between the Fragments and the target because the taxi signal is plastic.

 4. Take advantage of putting the package inside  travel bag and install it on the upper surface of the car .

5. Using ball bearings placed inside the car and close to the glass, provided that the car glass is a black color glass and the car is a station or transit cause massive explosive fragment leads to many killed and injured ..

- Once the targeted operation approved by the financer , terrorist group has provide an overall budget for the operation or list of their demands in order to execute the operation :

  1.  Material Required like IED’s , explosives
  2. -Armorers ,
  3. - Logistics requirements
  4. - Personal ,
  5. - Communications systems like Satellite phones ….etc }

photo for : {Turkish and Qatari weapons were seized in the Libyan city of Dernah after the terrorists were arrested}

Some groups they require liquid cash and they manage all the requirements of the process , but normally this kind of terrorist groups must had been dealt before with the financer . so there is a trust between them .  Or if there is difficulty for terrorist group to buy its requirements for the operation due to security reasons. they submit their requirement to brokers

Here comes the big role of the Brokers [ charity organizations , or NGO organization } belongs to the financier whom they work as a mediator between the financer and the terrorist group

- The financer provides grants or charitable donations to brokers

- Brokers in cooperation’s with smugglers using sea or land has to give those grants or donations which it could be cash liquid money or even sealed boxes full of explosives , equipment’s , guns , hand grantee …etc }

- Most of brokers has a liaison officer work closely to conduct those kind of logistic operation till it arrives the hand of the terrorist groups .

- Final Step : after the Terrorist group do the operations they have to submit full shoot film for the operation for the Brokers so they prove for the financer the success of the operation

the most strange thing most of this weapons { MADE IN USA } ???!!!

Fake Refugees ?

For long time I been thinking to write about it .

A big number of people across the world claiming they are refugees or asylum seekers ,and they ask for aid from UN? Is it true?

United Nation through UNHCR and other agencies are spending a hell amount of a money to help and aid millions of refugees across the Globe, but does this money and aid go to those who really deserve it?

Ok direct to the point {defining the meaning of a word refugee?

What does it mean to be a refugee?

A refugee is someone who has been forced to flee his or her country because of persecution, war or violence. A refugee has a well-founded fear of persecution for reasons of race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group.

Who is considered a refugee?

According to the Convention relating to the Status of Refugees, held by world governments in Geneva in 1951, a refugee is someone who "owing to a well-founded fear of being persecuted for reasons of race, religion, nationality, membership of a particular social group, or political opinion, is outside the country of his ...

Back to the point, I been travelling to many countries, talking and socializing with many nationalities they claim to be refugees or asylum seekers, they are enjoying the heaven of UN COVER, I meant the UN CARD { United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) card an identification card (much like the ID) provided by the organization to a large number of refugees , for the purpose of protection.

But the truth is more than 30% of whom I met through others or even talked with them directly {they do not apply to refugee status}

Some of them has own business like restaurants travel agencies, or even rented or owned apartments which they rent for tourists and students.  They do that by using local persons names as a sponsor or  cover for their activities . Meanwhile they still enjoying the full help assistance & AID BY the (UNHCR} . They joke saying why not if we can get free help and service from UN WE WILL USE IT . the truth is they don’t deserve it ,  there is someone else somewhere a real refugee deserves it { a woman , a kid , old man }

FOR EX : Type of support Assistance Physical capital Implementation UNHCR are Funding Insurance system , The idea ITS A mechanism for health insurance for refugees , the question  does all refugees deserve it ? Does it go for the real refugees whom are really in-need for it?

How it can be checked it benefits the refugees whom are really suffering and has a bad health conditions?

Case Study in Malaysia

the Office of the High Commissioner of the Office of the High Commissioner launched a health insurance system to provide access to refugees to Malaysia's national insurance system, especially with regard to second-class treatment. The program aims to assist refugees in accessing improved health services. Insurance covers individuals and families with an annual premium of US $ 38 to US $ 43, covering treatments ranging from US $ 3,350 to US $ 3,750. This insurance system is valid for all 154148 cardholders. As soon as refugees register in the system, they can present UNHCR cards to receive treatment in hospitals in the country without having to pay the money.

The services covered by the insurance include: (a) Treatment of the patient who is not required to remain in the hospital; (b) The room and meals up to 25 days; (c) Intensive care for up to 12 days; (d) Hospital supplies and services; - Medical anesthesia costs; - Medical consultations in the hospital; - Medical consultations in the hospital; The Office of the High Commissioner runs mobile insurance activities to make it appropriate for refugees and asylum-seekers in various places to register in this system.

Other examples { Canada }

Canada's Temporary Health Program provides limited and temporary health care coverage for protected persons, including resettled refugees, asylum seekers and trafficking victims with valid temporary residence documents and detainees.

Impact / Scope

there were 19618 refugees covered by the insurance program.

Cost per beneficiary $ 40-80

Compliance with immigration policy principles

Design: Principle 1 focuses on the inability of migrants to pay for the most serious diseases; Implementation: [Principle 6] A partnership between UNHCR and insurance companies to support refugees.

I guess it’s time for UN and its refugees agencies and Service providers should develop a clear registration strategy based on understanding the changes of refugee communities and to have a clear on ground info regarding those who claim to be refugees or asylum seekers , and the truth they are not ? , yes in some cases like refugees camps it can be controlled by UN STAFF , but in cities , in countries has no refugees camps it’s very hard ?

United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) has to know well there is really a refugee who are in-need for their attention and care more than those who claimed to be refugees. Its time for UN to reconsider its policies giving more attention to such a topic , if it calculated well UN WILL DISCOVER IT’S A BIG AMOUNT OF MONEY GOES IN THE AIR FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT DESERVE IT .

Finally they are refugees in Africa , turkey and other countries needs more attention .

What will Turkey do when Battle of Idlib begins?

BASED on the statement given by The head of the Syrian negotiating commission , Nasr Hariri, expressed his hope that the Turkish guarantee would prevent a battle between the "opposition" and the Syrian government in the province of Idlib, but he pledged that it would not be easy .[ Hariri said in an interview with Agence France Press in Riyadh]

Idlib, which borders Turkey in recent years, has been the destination for tens of thousands gunmen and civilians evacuated from several areas were under the control of the opposition forces, most notably Aleppo and the eastern  Ghouta of Damascus.

Many in both sides either armed terrorist groups or supporters of the Syrian state wonder what Turkey can do when the Syrian army begins the battle of Idlib's liberation. Turkey has deployed 12 observation points deep in the province, some of which are close to the lines of separation that separate the Turkish government, which has warned against the repercussions of the start of Idlib's liberation battle and its reflection on the Istana Agreement regarding the contact lines between Terrorist sites and the Syrian Army.

First, the Astana agreements stipulate that the movement of checkpoints should not exceed 50 meters from the locations where they are positioned. It is clear that the Turkish authorities began to fence these sites with a wall aimed at protecting these sites and preparing for the possibility of battle.

As to the answer to the question of what Turkey can do when the battle for the liberation of Idlib begins?

It is likely that it will not do anything different than what it did when the Syrian army began to liberate the eastern neighborhoods of Aleppo and the southeastern part of Idlib. The Syrian army managed within two weeks to liberate one third of Idlib. The liberated area included important military sites, like Abu Al-Zahor air base and cities like Abu-Alzahor & Sinjar.

What Turkey did at the time was to issue statements of Denial and disapproval, also kept its borders open for the transfer of ammunition, equipment and militants to the front positions in order to face  the advance of the Syrian army forces, turkey did nothing more that .!!!!

As for the collapse of the Astana track, Turkey is responsible for this critical situation if it happens because Turkey has not fulfilled its obligations under the agreements to reduce the escalation.  In that agreement turkey are obligated and responsible for the separation between the forces of  terrorist organizations,  and other armed groups . This has not happened at all, even now those terrorist groups are exposing thecoordination between them and the Turkish  especially now in preparation for confronting the Syrian army's moves towards  Idlib, ,

The strange situation on ground that as per astana agreement turkey are obligated to fight against the groups defined as terrorist groups such as the Nasra Front, the truth is the turkish are working in the opposite direction, that they cooperate and coordinate with AL-Nosra front instead of fighting it.

I personally think that If Turkey asks Russia to stop Idlib's liberation , Moscow's would answer will be the same as  response to US allegations that Russia and the Syrian army violated the agreement to reduce the escalation in the south. That is to say that Washington did not commit to separating terrorist organizations from other organizations, the same answer will be received by Turkey from Russia.

“Illusion of the caliphate"

The Caliphate Era has finished , terrorism has changed a lot in the last 2 years , there is no control over the new generations of terrorists , its an illusion if we believe what media keep on saying day and night about the power of caliphate , the idea of terrorism’s caliphate had passed , The last terrorism caliphate { Baghdadi of ISIS } had demolished inside the desert between Iraq and Syria , even some intelligence reports said he is badly injured , surrounded by less guards and followers , he can not give orders or even show up at any mosque like he used to do before .

Aymen Al-Zawahiri of Qaeda are lost between the boarders of Afghanistan & Pakistan under Taliban ‘s protection , he just show up at some recorded videos , saying the same words he keep on saying in the last years , he is so weak now , he has no control over al-Qaida affiliates groups .

The Ottoman caliphate, has collapsed after the 1st world war , perhaps for the first time in its history without a "successor" and it been replaced with the "modern nation state." Although the caliphate is not in an Islamic religious and never been mentioned in the Muslims holy book { Quran } , some have never accepted the collapse of that 13-century of Caliphate ruling , believing it to be an Islamic origin. Which are totally wrong ideas.

I would give examples how the idea of Caliphate has been mis-used by terrorism . Since long time many of terrorism leaders has tried hard to establish the idea of Caliphate , collecting the spiritual and political power in their hands but all of them never achieved their aims ,

for Ex : Muslim Brotherhood founder { Hassan Albanna } The first thing Banna did to announce his group was his letters to the kings and heads of state in Islamic countries , which he called it "the messages of light", which he wrote himself asking them several requests, including: «Reconsidering the methods of teaching girls at schools , also to separate between girls and boys at schools , To monitor the cinema films, to set the dates for the opening and closing of cafes , to monitor its customers , to resist harmful customs economically such as weddings, mansions, birthdays, holidays, and to consider any man set with a woman in privacy as a crime “

Banna's first requests indicate his extreme personality. It is the same radical ideological approach that we still hear today from Salafi and Brotherhood group under the pretext of "religiosity." In the 1940s, Banna saw the return of the Caliphate from observing the people sitting in the cafes which indicates his narrow minded ideology and way of thinking.

In order to achieve his aims , banna and his muslim brotherhood group began quickly involved in terrorist operations blowing up the Oriental Advertising Company, placing bombs in six police stations, the Brotherhood began to use weapons against their opponents, killing several citizens just because they have different point of view against them .

Still till today date Muslim brotherhood acts as a terrorist group claiming they aim to establish the ruling of caliphate .

The Dream of Caliphate Between ISIS &Qaida

In April 2013, al-Baghdadi announced the integration with al-Nusra front { al-Qaeda branch in Syria }, which was formed in Syria in late 2011 and became an important part of the Syrian equation by mid-June 2012, led by Abu Muhammad al-Golani. Under one banner, "But alnusra front group refused to integrate because of a number of ideological differences , al nosura front" fought in Iraq before and they realized that they made mistakes there using the" method of terror "and that it is better to reduce that" terror dose. "

Abu Muhammad al-Julani was a crowned king on the throne of eastern Syria. He already has cities such as al-Raqqa and Deir al-Zour, and he was preparing for an attack on Idlib. But Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi were already inside Syria, and many within Al- Nasra were loyal to him. So he began the new organization to impose itself, and then declare his dis-believe of revolution in Syria originally , then he declared the Caliphate,

This is a Caliphate, plus possess a land !,this is what they have been longing for almost 90 years, approaching it as never before, and as such people are controlled by their naive dreams, the organization has begun to attract its madmen from all over the world.

·        At the beginning, Ayman al-Zawahiri, al-Qaeda leader whom been hiding in the mountains of the Afghan-Pakistan border, tried to settle the differences, but Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi ridiculed him. Al-Zawahiri ordered Baghdadi to comply, but Baghdadi refused and unilaterally declared his leadership ,

·       In June 2014, ISIS’s forces invaded western Iraq, dropped Mosul and Hawija, and large parts of Anbar. Most of the Sunni area became under its control. On July 6, 2014, Baghdadi appeared standing at the top of Al-Nuri mosque in Mosul, Iraq. For 20 minutes, and was presented under the name of "Caliph Ibrahim Amir al-mo’menen,"{ prince of believers } and focused speech Baghdadi on several axes, most notably the inauguration of an imam was a "duty on the Muslims have been lost for centuries."

Calipha was back then !, and the state of the caliphate was on the ground !, "wandering" people looking for their dreams! The 20-minute video clip spun fertile fantasies of wandering around the world. They began to migrate to the so-called "land of the Caliphate." Those who could not Migration is no problem,

In conclusion : There is no Caliphate anymore , the dreamers are still waiting , for another chance . True , there are wolves all across the globe waiting to act , to kill , alone with no orders from Caliphate .

{The Fake Democracy & Arab Spring } Libya After Feb 17-2011

First I am against Gaddafi’s Dectator regime cause he destroyed the hopes of Libyan people since he took power 1969 , for many years he took Libya as his own farm belong to him ,his relatives and his kids .

Me personally been to Libya in Gaddafi days , and after the Arab spring rise in 2011 . the difference is huge , Libya turned from one country into pieces , turned into a new Lebanon like in 1976 war many sectarians , looks like each city has its own government own army , the Arab spring Slogan of { bringing democracy } was a fake slogan , the result there is no democracy and no Libya anymore .

I will explain my point of view , how many extremist organizations within the Libyan territory till today date.

Libya has become a state of armed militias and a source of infiltration for these terrorist elements. These terrorist groups and their elements within the Libyan territory are a source of danger to libya and neighboring countries as well.

Libya became a safe heaven for terrorism has the largest jihadist-oriented armed groups . It includes a groups of foreign fighters, whose nationalities vary from the Arab Maghreb, some African countries, and many other nationalities,

Let’s count how many armed groups are operating in libya as the result of CEATIVE CHAOS & FAKE DEMOCRACY

1-  The Shield of Libya

This militia is one of Muslim Brotherhood arms, based in the city of Misurata.

It includes three main sections, the Central Region Shield, which is based in the city of Misurata, the Eastern Province Shield Brigade in Benghazi, The militia is called a regular force of the Libyan Ministry of Defense, based in Tripoli , but its leaders do not belong to the official military establishment.

2-   Troops Battalion Tripoli

3-    Shura Council of Islamic Youth

The Shura Council of Islam is one of the most prominent organizations that declared its affiliation with ISIS organization through the establishment of an Islamic court and Islamic police, which led to public executions and flogging. It also continued to commit murders, most of them in Benghazi and Derna. Weak border control allowed the continued trafficking of humans, drugs and weapons across the Libyan border with Chad, Sudan, Egypt and Algeria. The organization is based in the region of Derna,

4-  Operations’s Room for Libyan Rebels

The militia is one of the powerful branches of the Muslim Brotherhood, which has been used by the MB in a large number of political conflicts to confront adversaries. It has led a number of kidnappings and terrorism, most notably the kidnapping of former Prime Minister Zidane from his home in October 10, 2013 after differences with the group within the parliament

5-   Bosalim Martyrs' Brigade

It is a small jihadist group affiliated to al-Qaeda and claimed at the beginning of its formation that it did not relate to al-Qaeda, claiming to be an independent armed battalion. On the ground it is considred one of the al-Qaeda affiliates, consisting of former LIFC { the Libyan Fighting Group } detainees at Abu Salim prison, carry jihadist ideas that reflect the ideology of al-Qaeda, and its activity concentrated in the city of Derna, the far east of the country.

6-   Al Farouk Battalion

Is one of the fierce battalions as a strong arm for Al-Qaeda organization. It is located in Misurata and participated in the fighting after the Libyan National Army (LNB), led by Major General Khalifa Hafer, bombed targets in the city of Misurata. Recently, for a while they allied with ISIS then moved back to allay with al-qaeda , which made «ISIS» kill one of its leadership as punishment for the denial of allegiance.

7-   The Libyan Mujahidin

This organization is considered one of the most important organizations that declared allegiance to «ISIS». The Egyptian forces directed a number of strikes after the Minya incident. The organization published a voice statement at the beginning of its formation announcing its allegation of three states{ Barqa, Fizan and Tripoli.} In addition to the violence related to the execution of the abducted hostages. The last of these activities was the execution of 21 Coptic Egyptians on Libyan shores.

8-   Defense’s Battalions of Benghazi

Is a conglomerate of extremist terrorist groups in Libya, launching attacks against public facilities and institutions, targeting the Libyan National Army soldiers, and the bloc tried to burn Libyan oil during control of the oil crescent?

In June 2016, the Defense’s Battalions of Banighazi was formed in the town of Al-Jafra in southern Libya, from the remnants of the Shura Council of Benghazi and Aghdabia, and the Shura Council of Mujahideen Darnah, groups affiliated with the Ansar al-Sharia organization, And the remains of the oil installations guards led by “Ibrahim Jadran”, and receive millions of dollars in support from Qatar and some officials of Libyan institutions indirectly.

9-    February 17 Battalion

The battalion are the largest battalion of the Muslim Brotherhood, has a large number of fighters, and has a large number of military equipment, based in the city of Benghazi, and taking one of the army military base as headquarter in the area of Qaryounis.

Due to its presence in Benghazi, it was rejected by the citizens as a military force outside the army and police intuitions. It also operates from an army camp. It does not follow its leadership, despite its official dependence on the Ministry of Defense. Several incidents and clashes in front of its headquarters have resulted in several deaths and injuries. Two citizens who were arrested inside her camp were taken out several times.

They were part of « February 17 Martyrs Brigade », before being expanded to become a stand-alone group.

13- Libyan Fighting Group

Is an armed organization carrying the ideology of Salafi Jihadism, established by a group of young Libyans who returned to Libya, after participating in the Afghan-Soviet war, carried out armed operations in civilian and security sites in Libya in the nineties of the twentieth century with the aim of overthrowing the Gaddafi regime, a large number of that group been arrested by Gaddafi regime In 2009, the leaders of the group reviewed their ideas and apologized to the state, which led to their release.

In 2007, Ayman al-Zaheri, in a joint statement with its Libyan leader Abul-Laeth, announced that the group had joined al-Qaeda network under Osama bin Laden. However, Abdul Hakim Belhadj, the close associate of Qatar & Muslim Brotherhood group had brought the Libyan community back to the forefront when he was commander of the military council in Tripoli during the revolution of February 17.

That’s Libya now , I can say it’s much worse on ground more than words can explain about the real situation ,

I WANT TO ASK QUESTIONS TO?

1-   Barack Obama , Hilary Clinton , Sarkozy , Bernard Levi ,Condoleezza Rice ,Tony Blair and MUCH MORE NAMES INVOLOVED IN LIBYAN ISSUE , WHERE IS THE DEMOCRACY YOU PROMISED LIBYA AFTER THE REMOVAL OF THE GADDAFI DECTATORSHIP REGIME ?????

2-   HOW COME YOU BELIEVED THAT MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD & QATAR WILL PROVIDE DEMOCRACY IN LIBYA ??? HOW YOU THOUGHT THAT THEY REPRESENT THE DEMOCRACY, WELL SORRY THEY DON’T HAVE WHAT YOU ASKED THEM TO PRODUCE? CAUSE FRANKLY THEY DON’T BELIEVE IN DEMOCRACY AT ALL???

3-   AS I MENTIONED MANY TIMES {CREATIVE CHAOS} CREATED HUGE INCREMENT OF TERRORISM? DOES IT CROSS YOUR MINDS THAT’S WILL BE THE SITUATION IN LIBYA AND MANY OTHER COUNTRIES???

4-   LIBYA NOW IS THE SAFE HOUSE FOR TERRORISM AFTER THE SITUATION IN SYRIA AND IRAQ CHANGED??

5-   EVEN IT PRODUCED “ALSARAJ’S GOVERNMENT” WHICH DOES NOT FIGHT THOSE TERRORIST GROUPS AS REQUIRED ,IN ADDITION TO THE FORMER PARLIAMENT WHICH BELONGED TO THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD AND THUS SUPPORTS THE EXISTENCE OF THESE TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS

6-   LIBYA THE SOUTHERN GATE FOR EUROPE , BECAME A SAFE HEAVEN FOR AL-QAEDA AND ITS ALLIES , ISIS ARE MOVING FROM SYRIA AND IRAQ TO GET A STRONGHOLD IN LIBYA ,WILL HAVE BONDS WITH THE TERRORIST ORGANIZATIONS IN AFRICA ,

7-   19&23 Jan 2017 , I wrote two articles about Africa will became the new Afghanistan kindly find below links to my articles

In Conclusion : what is Libya now ? just a flag and name only !!!! Libya still waiting for Democracy ???!!!!

The Evil State : {IRGC} Iranian Revolutionary Guards Aim to destroy Middle East { Part 3 }

Khomeini's goal in establishing the Revolutionary Guard on May 5, 1979 was to launch a military force loyal to the rule of al-Faqih. This entity was also equipped with modern and heavy weapons, which were charged with protecting the mullahs' regime and distributing terrorism and fundamentalism under the pretext of exporting the revolution.

In the first decade of this regime, the Guards were tasked with following up the local crackdown, in parallel to war and terrorism. In the 1990s, the IRGC was also tasked with pursuing the regime's secret nuclear weapons campaign and taking control of the country's economy. To this end, the IRGC is the political, strategic and economic guardian of the mullahs' regime. However, supporting and exporting terrorism is of particular importance to the IRGC.

IRGC one of the most dangerous international organizations & its role inside and outside Iran?

Since its establishment, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard has sought a campaign focused on the assassination of dissidents, intellectuals, journalists, literary figures and opposition politicians. The main aim of these arrests was the Iranian opposition. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard, and its intelligence branch known as “The Intelligence of Iranian revolutionary”, played a role alongside the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence in the arrest of 120 thousand political prisoners.

The Iranian Revolutionary Guard has been a key element in the killings and repression in Iran's Kurdistan region since 1979 and has played a major role in the repression of the local population in Ahwaz and Baluchistan in southwestern Iran.

Throughout the 1980s, the Revolutionary Guards also carried out numerous campaigns targeting all dissidents, including ethnic minorities, specifically the Bloch and Kurdish communities.

Iran's Revolutionary Guards played a key role in the campaign to suppress the uprisings of 1999 and 2009 throughout Iran.

Its known well for us the middle eastern or Arabs the role of the Revolutionary Guard and its support for terrorism, and this since the occupation of the US Embassy and the Iran-Iraq war to the bombing of Beirut in the eighties, The establishment of terrorist entities such as Hezbollah, the hidden occupation of Iraq, the massacres of the Syrian people, the occupation of Yemen, the bombings of the Khobar Tower and the bombings of Argentina.

The policy of Iran's Revolutionary Guards in the Middle East is to create chaos ?

The IRGC's policy is to intervene and to influence other countries, acquire nuclear weapons, develop ballistic missile production, establish terrorist groups, and support them to threaten other parties. These are measures carried out by the Revolutionary Guards in cooperation with the Quds Force.

What should be known is that: these measures should not be seen as a source of strength for Iran. In fact, it is only weakness and fear of regime change. If Iran is stable and authoritarian, there will be no need to resort to terrorism and destabilize the entire region. The export of terrorism and the fueling of sectarian wars are intended only to hide crises that endanger the very existence of this regime.

IRGC should be blacklisted and expelled from the entire Middle East. I see that the comprehensive sanctions are not enough cause Terrorist attacks and the killing of innocents in Syria, Iraq, Yemen and other countries are still going on under the supervision of IRGC .

Where ever, there is a major crises in the Middle East. It refers directly to the presence of The Revolutionary Guards stationed in that area ?

The IRGC has the primary role in determining the foreign policies of the Irainian’s regime, while Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has the final word on all matters of national security and foreign affairs. Therefore, we find that the IRGC has wide authority to carry out Khamenei's orders abroad.

The Revolutionary Guard has controlled Iran's relations with regional countries. Embassies in Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria and Yemen are under the supervision of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.

The wide scope of the IRGC's involvement cannot be denied its involvement in the occupation of four specific countries in the region, namely Iraq, Lebanon, Syria and Yemen. At least five other countries, including Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi ,Kuwait,UAE  are targets for Iran's interference in its internal affairs. The Revolutionary Guards point to the creation of terrorist branches or spy cells or networks in up to 12 countries.

One of the most lethal ways for the Revolutionary Guard to implement its policy is to recruit Shiites to establish its militias.

In my opinion that  since more than 30 years  the western world and united states policies against Iran  failed  to placate Iran , Specially the former US administration  have used the most destructive policy towards  the Middle East region which resulted to increasing Tehran's influence in the Middle East .

the IRGC must be blacklisted and placed under severe sanctions. These measures must be implemented immediately and there is no room for gaps or retreat. Plus the Iranian Revolutionary Guards must be expelled from Syria, Iraq and other regional countries parallel to the new sanctions, only in such a scenario could stop Iran's expansionist policies and threats and destructive intervention in the Middle East.

The Evil State : Iran {part 1} "20th Iranian strategy {2005-2025}"

Map photo Refernce to aipac

In 2005, the Iranian regime established a national document that is considered the most important after the Iranian constitution, known as the "20th Iranian strategy" or "the 20th Iranian plan, Iran: 2025." This document presents a vision of the future role of Iran in 20 years, : Iran should become a central and effective central force in the regions of Southwest Asia and the Arab region, including: the Arabian Peninsula, the Levant and Sinai. For this purpose, Iran has used various means to help it achieve its objectives and interests.

Iranian Shi'ism The principle of the Wali al-Faqih: Shiites make up between 6.7% and 13% of all Muslims around the world, and one-third of them in Iran alone, who try everything in their power to propagate an ideal image of their patronage of the interests of Shiites and Muslims in general, Islamic "and" Islamic solidarity. "In addition, the role played by Supreme Leader Al-Wali al-Faqih as a political leader and religious guide makes it easy to attract Shi'ites of all sects to Iran as a center for protecting and nurturing the interests of Shiites.

Iran puts huge budgets at the disposal of a media empire that is the largest in the Arab region, most importantly in Southwest Asia and the world. This tool alone makes it easy to promote any idea Iran wants to plant around the world, especially in countries targeted by its 20-year plan.

Anti-Americanism, the West and Israel, in return for interest in the Palestinian cause, is also one of the means used by Iran to promote itself in the Arab countries and to acquire a popular incubator in those countries. Despite all this, Iran's most important element stems from its being a "Shiite Islamic" state that believes a significant part of its people is in the mandate of the supreme leader, a mandate that gives him a political and religious leader, and Iran grants him unlimited power. Which, for example, have made it go beyond decades of US sanctions and remain so far despite the cruelty of those sanctions?

The bottom line is that Iran plays a significant role in the Arab region, especially in Africa and Southwest Asia in general, and in seeking to dominate the region, conflicts that Iran can fuel or end, through militias and groups that recruit them to achieve Its own objectives, a force and a source of concern for many countries around the world in general, and the Arab countries in particular, as they are able to move them at any time, and in accordance with their own interests and in the way that supports only higher goals.

Iran has not stopped exporting violence in the Middle East and the world, through its terrorist arms that began to invade the Middle East, the Gulf and the world, with the aim of expanding Iran and serving the Shiite Crescent project. According to the plan, Tehran exported to many neighboring countries cells of violence and terrorism to bring the few through the” revolutionary Guard” and a large number of terrorist wings that formed armed cells to carry out terrorist operations, which posed a great danger to the fate of the stability in many Arab countries and neighboring countries, which led to the development of the Iranian interventions file.

Iran's Revolutionary Guards

Adopted the Iranian mentality to implement the twentieth Iranian strategy, which bears a vision of the future role of Iran in the Middle East and South and West Asia in the period from 2005 to 2025, and from this strategy, which aims to lead Iran to place the supreme commander of the region in the east Middle East, to inspire the Muslim world politically and economically

In this regard, the Revolutionary Guards led by Qasem Soleimani began to penetrate the Middle East region as one of the Iranian arms to implement the expansion agenda. This led him to have a great presence  inside the state of Al-Malalai, in which he sought to make a large amount of investments that contributed to the formation of a large number of terrorists cells  organization that carried out terrorist operations in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, UAE and Yemen. In this regard, the Revolutionary Guard's policy was based on changing the sectarian balance in the region by building partnerships between cooperating governments, notably the Syrian regime, the previous iraqi’s Maliki government in Iraq, The Islamic opposition to the country's Islamic regimes like Jihad and Hamas

I will mentions some of these terrorist organizations established by the Iran's Revolutionary Guards

Al-Ashtar Brigades in Bahrain

The so-called "Al-Ashtar Brigades" in Bahrain, one of Iran’s arms in Bahrain, relied on funding and carrying out terrorist attacks inside Bahrain. One of the most prominent clerics belonging to these battalions is the Bahraini cleric Murtada Sindhi, The Sindhi accused of recruiting a number of members to carry out terrorist attacks inside Bahrain, expressed by Sindhi's statements led by the armed struggle against the regime,

Youth Alliance February 14

Such as the 14 February Youth Coalition, one of the Iranian branches in Bahrain, which faced a fierce confrontation with the ruling regime, led to the arrest of a large number its members , for involvement in the commission of terrorist crimes, through the use of incendiary bombs to the manufacture of weapons and explosives.

Hamas and the Saber Brigades

The common interest brought together the state of Al-Malalai and  Hamas movement in Palestine, based on the first achievement of the second aspiration of threatening Israel and playing the trumpets of the Palestinian issue in regional balances. This was reflected in the Hamas document, which included a clear reference to Iran, which extended Hamas with weapons and rockets Which it used in its attack on Israel. by allowing the presence of the Saberin Brigades in Gaza led by Hisham Salem, a dissident from the Islamic Jihad movement, previously accused of being an arm of Iran in Gaza and infiltrating the Palestinian fabric by providing charitable aid to the movement.

Hezbollah

Hezbollah, one of Iran's main arms, to achieve its ambitions in both Syria and Lebanon. Hassan Nasrallah, Secretary General of Hezbollah, admitted that he received financial and military support from Iran. However, Nasrallah did not mention it at the beginning of the establishment of his party. He later interpreted it by declaring openly that he did not want to embarrass Iran to get out of his silence and recognize on more than one occasion Iranian support for his funding.

Alhashd –Al shaeby {Popular crowd} in Iraq

The popular crowd one of Iran's arms in Iraq as a compass to achieve Tehran's ambitions in Iraq to carry out a number of terrorist operations in its quest to be a parallel army of Iraqi forces, making it highly privileged through Iranian support for a large number of its fighters to become the largest military militia in Iraq. Observers in 2015 Iran spent about 600 million dollars in Iraq, to continue its role in the war of sectarian conflict in Iraq .

Tactical Military Operation Analysis-EGYPT

First I have to thank France and Russia for their cooperation and help regarding that Military operation in El-Wahat Bahariyah {Oasis desert} Egypt .

The role of Russian & French Military’s satellites in liberating the Egyptian captain, who was liberated by the Egyptian forces which resulted killing all terrorist,

Russian & French Satellites had provided a series of pictures during the rehabilitation process carried out by joint forces of the army and police to liberate Captain Mohammed Al-Hayes and avenge the martyrs of Operation Oasis.{1}

That operation had two main parts, both of which are more important than the other.

1.     The first is to prevent the escape of the militants and eliminate them.

2.     The second is to determine the fate of the captive Capt. Muhammad al-Hayes, alive or dead.

It has been confirmed that the coordination between the police, army and intelligence’s forces, all began working as groups of the Operations and satellite images of Egyptian, Russian and French

Along with accurate information been provided by Intelligence and national security , Has managed to  siege and isolate the terrorists first group of 13 armed and liquidated in western Assiut city desert ,so they won’t be able to reach Libyan boarders and the other operation aim was with elements and cut the support from Libya so terrorist main group cannot escape with the kidnapped office

The Terrorist’s command in Darnah – Libya has ordered six vehicles equipped with medium weapons, anti-aircraft guns and a medical team to ensure the arrival of the prisoner alive. The mobile site was identified and destroyed by planes before reaching the border. , And became the first information to the presence of Captain Hayes alive, the process of locating the target and confirmed through satellite images, then second step began transferring of special forces near the terrorists location ,

they been formed into 3 groups infiltrated at night for a distance of 20 to 50 meters from The goal and covered and camouflaged under the sand.

The Terrorist group were divided as follows :

1.     Three vehicles in readiness, especially the vehicle carrying the anti-aircraft aircraft, low and medium altitude,

2.     The second group in rest,

3.     The third group hiding behind a high hill along with the kidnapped injured officer

The Terrorists militants were accurately positioned themselves between 3 Hills hidden from the eyes and an open sandy area reveals any movement of troops. Also they been wearing camouflage uniforms looks like Egyptian army uniforms, as a response to that The Egyptian forces has changed their uniform colors .

In zero hour Egyptian forces launched aircraft missiles and special kind of bombs with a limited destruction in order to secure the ground troops from being hit by the shrapnel

the missiles been launched from a long distance , same time the forces began to move from under the sand to defeat the four gunmen guarding the captured police officer ,also freed and protect him from air strike

With the destruction of three vehicles after the missile hit, the Special Forces managed to capture the terrorists who trying to escape of the strike,

The Satellites has monitored other terrorist group far from this site around 12 kilometers hiding between the mountains , as per intelligence sources the number terrorists was up to 100 it was a terrorist training center , the Air force had stroked the center heavily and killed them all.

Operation results:

·        The captured officer alive ,been moved to the Military hospital , he is in good health now

·        Big number of terrorists been killed and captured, will be a good source of information to Egyptian national security after the interrogation .

·        BY Capturing and killing that number of terrorists their command in Darna or whom are in control will know well its hard for them to take the same steps again.

·        It is so clear that the supporters of those terrorist are an intelligences for a countries cause who chose those locations in desert must use Satellites ,that kind of operation , planning and weapons are only available for states armies !!!???

·        Well finally Egypt been saved from many terrorist activities was planned previously ,

·        Finally rest in peace for the souls of 16 Egyptian officers and soldiers died in the first operation 17 days ago , your colleagues had taken revenge for you , Rest in peace for the souls of Americans who died in the USA 3 days ago ,

Iran in Africa: fill the void Policy , while everybody busy with Syria , Iraq , Yemen

Fill the void while everyone is busy , Iran new policy Iran has always had a foothold on the African continent, by using African sufferings from its poor infrastructural problems,, which makes it an open arena for strategic rivalries, which constituted an unprecedented opportunity for the regional powers to play a role and expand their influence.

Iran was directed to the African continent, starting from the era of President Hashemi Rafsanjani (1989-1997) and through Ahadi Mohammad Khatami (1997-2005) ) And Mahmoud Ahmadinejad (2005-2013) and to the current President Hassan Rowhani (2013 2021).

During these interrelated periods, Iran did not break away from the African continent and concentrated its foreign strategic policies on the transformation of poor countries, especially those that do not revolve in Western astronomy, but sometimes opposed the West for economic or ideological reasons. Specialized units for political and economic studies specialized in African affairs within the centers of its studies specially established to participate in the decision-making of the country.

President Hassan Rowhani himself before he ascended to the summit of power in “Saad abad” was the head of the Center for the diagnosis of the interest of the system,

Republic of Uganda as example: Iranian Medical Center in Uganda

On Wednesday, Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif visited Uganda along with high-level political and economic delegation. The visit on Wednesday witnessed great Iranian activity, where Zarif met with his Ugandan foreign Minister  Sam Kotsa and expressed his happiness for the bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Relations in various fields, according to a statement broadcast by the Iranian Foreign Ministry through its official website in three languages.

Republic of Uganda has important site on the Nile Basin. Location of Uganda on the map of the continent

Early Thursday morning, the Islamic Republic of Iran inaugurated the Ugandan-Iranian Medical Center in the capital Kampala in the presence of Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Jawad Zarif and Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni.

The Iranian news agency Fars , said the launch was part of the agenda of Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif in his visit to the Ugandan capital Kampala. The $ 50 million Iran-Uganda Medical Center, established with the assistance of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Médecins Sans Frontières and the Uganda Police, was equipped with private sector investment, the agency said.

Ministerial meeting

During his meeting with Ugandan Foreign Minister Sam Kutsa, Iran's Minister of Soft Power Mohammad Javad Zarif expressed his satisfaction at the bilateral cooperation and called for strengthening relations between the two sides at various levels. Economic cooperation between the two countries as soon as possible. "

For his part, the Ugandan Foreign Minister expressed his satisfaction at the presence of the Iranian Foreign Minister and his accompanying delegation. "Uganda seeks to provide the suitable facilities for more Iranian companies in Uganda," he said.

The minister added that the Iranian companies can be active in various fields, especially production, editing and export of agricultural machinery, food products, cereals, milk and fruits, as well as industrial fields, mines, mineral materials, construction of power plants and trade development.

Strategic motives

In any case, the Iranian strategy towards Uganda is based on several motives that can be summed up in:

The exploitation of Uganda's great resources, especially that Kampala is rich in mines and minerals that have not yet been extracted, as well as expanding its influence on the African continent and opening new markets for Iranian goods that have no place in its Arab and regional environment due to the cases of commercial and political estrangement.

To convert the large Ugandan Muslim minority, which is about 13% of the estimated 5 million Sunni Muslims, into the Shiite sect, and to consolidate its religiously based presence in the country.

Then later on we will have new African Hezbollah party like Lebanon or Ansar ALLAH party like Yemen , located in the heart of Africa ,

Evil Makers book , Page { 84,85,86} The Muslim Brotherhood's relationship with Iran looks like a man and woman married in secret

Despite of Iran's domestic anti-Sunni policies, Iran has had no problem forging strategic and tactical alliances with Sunni organizations as long as it serves its foreign interests. Iran's cooperation with the Muslim Brotherhood, one of the largest Sunni organizations in the world, also carries ideological differences with the Islamic Republic. Not only did the Muslim Brotherhood welcome the emergence of the Islamic Republic of Iran in the wake of the 1979 revolution, but Iran also celebrated with great enthusiasm the rise of the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt When they took power 2012 .

the Muslim Brotherhood saw the Islamic Republic in 1979 as a victory for their vision, and the first Islamic government since the collapse of the Ottoman Caliphate, the Muslim Brotherhood supported the Islamic Revolution in Iran since its outbreak because it was against the ex- regime of Shah Reza Pahlavi, which he use to have good relations with Israel . Iran is also considering exporting the Muslim Brotherhood to the revolution as a success. The main common denominators that help the rapprochement between the brothers and the Shiites are "social justice", "religious freedom" and "the Arab-Israeli conflict" ,, After the arrival of Khomeini to power in Iran on February 11, 1979, it was one of the first aircrafts arrived at Tehran airport carrying a delegation representing the leadership of the global organization of the Muslim Brotherhood:

However, the Muslim Brotherhood in Egypt continued to support the new Iranian rule, and they have staged major demonstrations against the hosting of Shah of Iran by President Sadat in Egypt, and then supported Iran in its war against Iraq, Upon the death of Khomeini on 4 June 1989, the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamed Abu Al-Naser, issued a statement that included the following words: "The Muslim Brotherhood counts with Allah the Imam of Islam Imam Khomeini, the leader who blew the Islamic revolution against tyrants."

In the era of Ali Khamenei, who became a "guide" after-Khomeini era, Sayyid Qutb's theories became taught in the ideological training schools of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards. There was also the influence of religious authorities such as Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, Ahmadinejad's spiritual mentor. he showed his admiration for Sayed Qutb and how he was influenced by it.

It is noteworthy that Khamenei himself translated two books of Sayyid Qutb into Persian in 1979, Ali Akbar Velayati, secretary-general of the World Assembly of the Islamic Awakening and Khamenei's adviser, The Iranian news of Mehr: "Of course, Iran and Egypt had a reciprocal effect, as Mr. Gamaluddin played a role in the emergence of the Islamic awakening in Egypt and the emergence of figures such as the late Sheikh Mohammed Abdo and Abdul Rahman Al-Kawakabi and Rashid Reda. The Muslim Brotherhood in their time also left an impact on the Islamic movements in Iran. The leader of the revolution, before the revolution, translated Number of books of Sayyid Qutb into Persian, and after the revolution has also translated a book of clerical rule of Imam Khomeini to the Arab, where he left an important impact in the Islamic awakening of the Arab world, especially Egypt »!.

In the stations of Iran's nuclear program, which has been resumed since August 2005, and in the July 2006 war, the support of the Muslim Brotherhood, in the words of “supreme leader” Muhammad Mahdi Akef, was more than explicit to Iran and Hezbollah? A week before the fall of Mubarak, In a sermon on Friday, February 4, 2011 by comparing what is happening in the revolution against the Egyptian President with the Iranian Revolution against the Shah of Iran. When the announcement of the victory of Dr. Mohamed Morsi in the presidential elections in Egypt, official Iran was one of the first two congratulations.

The Arab countries have been lining up against Iran, because Iran’s image in the region has deteriorated in recent years. –the cooperation between Iran , Muslim brotherhood and Qatar makes it an excellent way to weakening Iran's opponents in the region.. The goal of establishing Islamic rule in the region is a strategic goal for Iran. And who is best to do that only Muslim brotherhood by appearing to be the best alternative to Shiite-Sunni sectarian reconciliation.

{hidden-non-hidden}-support-of-terrorism--eye-on-terrorism-2

It revealed recent years an increase in cooperative interactions between some of the countries of the world and between terrorist organizations and armed radicalism in various hot-spots of the world especially the Middle East ,

which raises the question about the nature and patterns of convergence between some countries and those organizations, as well as the reasons that led to the occurrence of this convergence, as well as positive repercussions and negative repercussions not only on the political and security levels, but also to influence the country's reputation in the global and regional tropics.

In this regard, the multiple and overlapping convergence between some countries and terrorist organizations patterns, so that the division of countries in this context, among supplying countries to organizations either with money or weapons or fighters, and the operations and the hot-spots of the central conflicts, and the crossings and transit corridors and transit for terrorist organizations in order to move to the concentration areas terrorist organizations, knowing that there are some of those patterns can interfere, so play the role of some states than in parallel.

Physical and human supply countries
Terrorist organizations supplying countries are divided in particular the organization of the Islamic State "Daesh-ISIL" to the two countries,

first; represented in those countries that provide financial support and Logistic & militarization of the organization, while the other, they are the ones that provide the organization of the fighters who are engaged in battles next to regulation in areas fight them in Syria, Iraq and Libya.

1. Financial supply countries and logistics & armaments: it has spread significantly many international reports and statements by senior officials in a number of countries in the region reveal the involvement of some countries in the financing of terrorist organizations operations, both direct financial support or even by providing weapons to terrorist organizations working on the ground,

• [ where directly it accused Qatar by Major General Khalifa Haftar as supporting the armed groups by sending shipments of arms to them in particular to organize the "Fager- Libya," specifically in Misurata city, which lies nearly a hundred miles east Libya.]
• [ Also to the accusations against Turkey to provide logistic support to organize Daesh- ISIL specifically in Syria through the Turkish-Syrian border to help overthrow Bashar al-Assad's regime, which tried many Turkish officials exile led by Ahmet Davutoglu-EX- Turkish Prime Minister -, which confirmed in an interview with  "BBC"   that "the allegations of Turkey's support for terrorist groups, not out of him or his country does not support Daesh-ISIL nor any affiliated group at all"]
• [Some of Gulf countries support logistically directly to some of the armed groups as [ Elfateh-army] whose main consists of several organizations like
[ GABEHT ELNOSRA FOR ELSHAM – ELQAEDA’S ARM - IN SYRIA
And the aim is fighting Bashar al-Assad's regime .]

3- where fighters & jihadist comes from ??
• Tunisia come first in exporting fighters [ 3,000 fighters] ,
• fighters from Saudi Arabia in second place, accounting for 2500 fighters,
• Morocco came in third place with 1500 fighters.
• several reports and estimates indicated the presence of nearly 500 fighters from Uzbekistan, 360 of Turkmenistan, 190 of Tajikistan, 155 Kyrgyz in Syria
• nearly 1,700 Russian fighter in the ranks Daesh-ISIL according to statements made by Alexander Bortnikon-President of the Russian Federal Security Service.
4- Those numbers of fighters will increase the ability not only to survive in the face of counter-terrorism efforts in particular alliance international, but also his superior ability to stretch and expand in the three circles both his inner circle in al-Sham, or the North African countries of the region, or even central Africa, especially Nigeria.

Eye-on-terrorism-roots-reasons-1

Europe’s failure to integrate the 2nd and 3rd generation of its immigrants into society, both economically and socially, has left many young Muslims torn between the secular West and their religious heritage. This inner conflict makes them especially vulnerable to extremism—the radical views, philosophy, and rhetoric that is highly advertised and becoming more and more fashionable among young Muslims in the West. Muslims in the U.S. are more resistant, but not immune to the radical message.

• Despite the economic opportunities in the United States, the powerful gravitational pull of individuals’ religious roots and identity sometimes supersedes the assimilating nature of American society which includes pursuit of a professional career, financial stability and material comforts.

• The jihadist ideology combines the extreme and minority interpretation [jihadi-Salafi] of Islam with an activist-like commitment or responsibility to solve global political grievances through violence. Ultimately, the jihadist envisions a world in which jihadi-Salafi Islam is dominant and is the basis of government.

Flow on Effects for Homeland Security : The global jihadi-Salafi movement poses a significant challenge to law enforcement an intelligence since the radicalization phenomenon that drives it is spontaneous indiscriminate, and its indicators are subtle. Identifying whether an individual is being radicalized is hard to detect, especially in the early stages.

• The individuals are not on the law enforcement radar. Most have never been arrested or involved in any kind of legal trouble. Other than some commonalities in age and religion, individuals undergoing radicalization appear as “ordinary” citizens, who look, act, talk, and walk like everyone around them. In fact, in the United Kingdom, it is precisely those “ordinary” middle class university students who are sought after by local extremists because they are “clean skins”.

• In the early stages of their radicalization, these individuals rarely travel, are not participating in any kind of militant activity, yet they are slowly building the mindset, intention, and commitment to conduct jihad. As evidenced by all eleven case studies these groups, or clusters of extremists

Sometimes media mention some words like Salafi ,Jihadi-Salafi ....ETC ...AND NO ONE KNOWS WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE ,OR WHAT DOES IT MEANS SO I AM DEFINING WHAT THAT NAMES MEANS ...

Salafi – From the word "Salaf" which is short for "Salaf as-Salih" meaning (righteous) predecessors or (pious) ancestors Salafi is a generic term, depicting a Sunni revivalist school of thought that takes the pious ancestors of the early period of early Islam as exemplary models... Consequently, Salafis seek to purge Islam of all outside influences, starting with the cultures and traditions of contemporary Muslim societies, and restore it to that of an imagined 7th century utopia (the Caliphate). The Salafi interpretation of Islam seeks a “pure” society that applies the Quran literally and adheres to the social practices and Islamic law (sharia) that prevailed at the time of the prophet Muhammad in the 7th century in Arabia.
jihadi-Salafi – A militant interpretation of the Salafi school of thought that identifies violent jihad as the means to establish and revive the Caliphate. Militant jihad is seen not as an option, but as a personal obligation. This obligation is elevated above other moral standards, which may be abrogated.
Mujahedeen – holy warriors who fight infidels as a religious duty.
Takfir – the practice of declaring that an individual or a group previously considered Muslims, are in fact kaffir(s) (non-believers in God), an act of accusing others of disbelief, used in the context of branding certain persons or whole communities as unbelievers to religiously justify jihad against them.

Phases of Radicalization 1

PRE-RADICALIZATION.
Pre-Radicalization is the point of origin for individuals before they begin this progression. It is their life situation before they were exposed to and adopted jihadi-Salafi Islam as their own ideology.
 The majority of the individuals involved in these plots began as “unremarkable” - they had “ordinary” jobs, had lived “ordinary” lives and had little, if any criminal history.
SELF-IDENTIFICATION.
Self-Identification is the phase where individuals, influenced by both internal and external factors, begin to explore Salafi Islam, gradually gravitate away from their old identity and begin to associate themselves with like-minded individuals and adopt this ideology as their own. The catalyst for this “religious seeking” is a cognitive opening, or crisis, which shakes one’s certitude in previously held beliefs and opens an individual to be receptive to new worldviews. There can be many types of triggers that can serve as the catalyst including:
• Economic (losing a job, blocked mobility)
• Social (alienation, discrimination, racism – real or perceived)
• Political (international conflicts involving Muslims)
• Personal (death in the close family).
INDOCTRINATION.
Indoctrination is the phase in which an individual progressively intensifies his beliefs, wholly adopts jihadi-Salafi ideology and concludes, without question, that the conditions and circumstances exist where action is required to support and further the cause. That action is militant jihad. This phase is typically facilitated and driven by a “spiritual sanctioner”.
• While the initial self-identification process may be an individual act, as noted above, association with like-minded people is an important factor as the process deepens. By the indoctrination phase this self-selecting group becomes increasingly important as radical views are encouraged and reinforced.
